Cody Boggs - Chairman of the Board
Cody Boggs has been deeply immersed in the web technologies industry from the time he began high school. His most notable achievements started at the age of 18 when the Library of Congress recognized a digital media project for the web that he managed. Boggs began working on his BS in Information Technology and Digital Media immediately after high school.
He was named the Executive Producer of the Juniata College Digital Media Center, where he was charged with managing all campus productions and outside clients. This role gave Boggs his start with tasks such as capital generation, budgetary planning, daily operations, constructing a
web delivery method for the campus and becoming an integral role in the campus’ 5-year technology migration strategy.
Upon graduation, Boggs began working for StrongTech, a Columbus based software development and RFID company. “With a budget just shy of $5 million, Boggs manages eight contractors and three in-house employees, and he hosts seven Web sites,” as explained in Ed Tech Magazine, “Who’s in Charge?”
Since then, Boggs has been able to initiate tactics of organizational change management resulting in 24.6% efficiency increases for
hardware production at StrongTech. Throughout these practices, he focuses on relationships, making him a respected leader. Motivational tactics, leadership, and trust are what make Boggs a respected leader – one who leads by example with a strong work ethic.
